Small cosmetic repairs are often done in a day or two. Collision repairs with parts and paint usually take about a week, longer when parts are on back order or the insurer needs time to approve a supplement. We give you a realistic timeline up front and keep you updated.

Yes. We use computer color matching against your car's paint code, then blend into adjacent panels so there's no visible edge — even on metallic and pearl finishes.
Our workmanship — metalwork and paint — is guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty. It's written on your invoice.

Yes. We work with all major insurers. Bring your claim number and we'll document the damage, send the estimate and photos to your adjuster, and handle supplements if hidden damage turns up during teardown.
In California, yes — the choice of repair shop is yours. An insurer can recommend a facility, but it can't require one. You can bring your car to Garage 13 under any insurer's claim.
Usually just your deductible, which is paid to the shop when you pick up the car. Everything else is billed to your insurer according to the approved estimate.
No problem — many customers do. You'll get a free written estimate first, and we can talk through repair options to fit your budget before anything starts.
We can coordinate towing to the shop and point you to rental options nearby. If your policy includes rental coverage, we'll help you use it.
